1. Artist in Schools Programme
The Artist in Schools Scheme is a residency programme for primary schools in the County. The aim of this scheme is to offer pupils the opportunity to work with an artist on a once off project, designed between the artist and the school. The residency lasts for 50 hours in total and can be spread out over one term. Owing to a overwhelming damand for the scheme in recent years, the arts office is not accepting new applications from schools for the years 2010 and 2011. For further information on the scheme, please follow this link - Artist in Schools Information.

2. Teachers Resource Material
The Arts Office has collected a wide variety of Arts Resource books for all artforms from across the world for use by teachers. These books are available to primary school teachers from the County Arts Office, Roscommon West Business Park, Circular Road in Roscommon Town. For further information or to request some books, please contact the arts office.
